What are Season Options?
Season Options are shows that are not part of any subscription package but are available for purchase in addition to the subscription package. These shows are typically familiar fan favorites or big blockbuster titles that have been a part of the subscription package in an earlier season and are returning to AventHealth Broadway in Orlando for an encore engagement. Season Subscribers have priority access to buy their tickets for Season Options before the general public.

All current subscribers will be automatically renewed each year beginning with the 23/24 season and beyond RISK-FREE. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your seats will remain secure year after year. If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, you’ll be able to cancel easily if you contact us within 30 days after the season announcement. Dr. Phillips Center Commitment to Health & Safety
The health and safety of our subscribers, ticket holders, staff, artists and community are our top priorities. The Dr. Phillips Center has a current health and safety plan in place in collaboration with local and state health authorities, and will continue to adjust health and safety protocols for guests as needed. COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.

The Value of Your Ticket Is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through drphillipscenter.org, Dr. Phillips Center box office, or through Florida Theatrical Association and Broadway Across America for presentations at Dr. Phillips Center in Orlando, FL. Some restrictions apply.

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the terms on this page and Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando offer details posted on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

*Season Subscriptions do not include Riverdance or Wicked. Additional purchase required. Seats assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Subscription seating locations may not be available for Season Options and all seating is subject to availability.
**Exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance. If you exchange into a higher priced seat location or performance, the difference will be charged during the process. Some restrictions may apply. If you exchange into a less expensive price section, a credit for the difference in price will be issued.
Account credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Orlando shows directly through Broadway in Orlando. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into equal installments. Your first installment will be charged on the date of your renewal. Please see Account Credit Terms and Conditions.
***Additional tickets are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional tickets include a $10 service fee per ticket. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as $50 in processing fees, a total of $33.25 in facility fees (or $38 including HAMILTON), all applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron subscription fee noted below. Processing fees are non-refundable. Please note, the Package Totals printed on the front of this invoice also includes an OPTIONAL $10.00 per seat contribution to Florida Theatrical Association Education Fund. If you DO NOT wish to contribute, simply deduct the amount from your total. Patron subscription packages (Orchestra Rows AA-P, Mezzanine Center Rows A-D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A-B, and all Boxes) include a $175 fee for each subscription seat purchased.
Patron subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Patron subscribers also receive parking vouchers for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances and access to a special New York City Concierge hotline.
Beginning with the 23/24 season, when you enroll in automatic renewal, your subscription will be automatically renewed each year using your most recent payment method on file and using the same payment schedule chosen for the previous season. A valid email address and credit card are required.
