More Help

Wondering if your seats are together when they are not consecutively numbered? Many theaters split their seating into “left”, “right”, and “center” sections, and they often assign odd numbers to one side and even numbers to the other for organizational purposes. For example, seats 1 and 3, or 23 and 25 would be next to each other on one side, while 2 and 4,  34 and 36 would be next to each other on the opposite side of the theater. The middle/center section tends to be a three-digit number, like 100, and is numbered consecutively, 101-102-103-104.

Limited view seats generally have a partial view of the stage due to the viewing angle in the theatre. Obstructed view seats have a partially blocked view of the stage due to objects such as columns, railings, or sound equipment.

Since the Dr. Phillip Center’s vision is truly offering Arts For Every Life®, wear whatever you’re comfortable in. Some people love to dress to the nines—and some people want to wear their favorite t-shirt. It’s totally up to you.

We recommend that you arrive at the venue at a minimum of 45-60minutes before the performance to allow plenty of time to park and get seated. Theater doors will open between 30 minutes prior to start of the show and may vary on show-by-show basis.

Please arrive on time out of courtesy for the performers and your fellow audience members. Arriving late may result in seating holds or alternate seating within the theater. Admission or re-admission of latecomers is ultimately subject to the producers’ discretion and guidelines for each individual show.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted at the phone or e-mail addressed associated with their ticket purchase. In addition, other forms of media maybe used to contact ticket holders, including social media and radio. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information. In cases of inclement weather, we strongly recommend that patrons travel safely and allow plenty of time to arrive at the theatre.
