Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. Please note, if you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seats' original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid and differences in price will not be refunded to you or applied to any other transaction.

Tickets must be exchanged by 24 hours before your regular performance and by Friday at 4pm for Saturday and Sunday performances. We make every effort to place you into comparable seating for exchanges, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Tickets purchased through Group Sales may not be exchanged.
Sorry, missed performance cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $40 in handling fees, a total of $18.75 in facility fees, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Patron subscription fee noted below.
Patron subscription packages (Orchestra Rows AA-P, Mezzanine Center Rows A-D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A-B, and all Boxes) include a $155 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Patron subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Patron subscribers also receive parking vouchers for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances and access to a special New York City Concierge hotline.

Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? Ticket Forwarding is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer individual tickets from within your Season Subscription to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive an email notification, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. Service fees may apply. To begin forwarding your tickets today, log on to your account, and click “Manage My Tickets“ from the “Quick Links” menu on the left. The Broadway Across America network spans dozens of cities across North America, and you have the flexibility to exchange your tickets to another show or purchase tickets to Broadway shows in different cities. Although we don’t want to see you go, subscriptions may be cancelled and refunded in full so long as the requested is received prior to subscription packets & tickets being mailed. If you have already received your tickets each subscription is subject to a $40 per subscription cancellation fee. Tickets must accompany the refund request. Subscription cancellations and refunds are not available following the run of the first subscription show. If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source, such as www.drphillipscenter.org, www.orlandobroadway.com, or the Orlando Broadway Box Office, we have a record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. Please return to your point of purchase as soon as you discover you have misplaced your ticket(s). Identification and payment verification will be needed when you pick up the tickets. If your tickets were purchased through an unauthorized ticket reseller, we cannot guarantee replacement.
If you are at the theater at the performance, go to the box office and they will be able to assist you.
The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.
A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. Children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside the theaters, unless noted otherwise. Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.
We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few easy ways to make changes to your phone, address, or e-mail:
1. Login to the Subscriber’s online account at www.orlandobroadway.com. Under the “Subscriptions” tab at the top of the webpage, select “Manage My Tickets” and login using your account ID/e-mail address and password.
2. E-mail email@example.com.
3. Mail your updated information along with your account number to Broadway Across America, Attention: Customer Service 729 7th Avenue, Floor 7, New York, NY 10019.
